Hi everyone, welcome back to the blog. Today we are chatting about 3 signs you have outgrown your current home!
Is it finally time to move to a bigger home? Maybe!
I put together 3 signs you may be ready to move into a bigger home, keep reading to find out!
1. Rainy days are making you stir crazy. No one has any space or privacy and you find yourself thinking you would give anything for just one extra living space. If you dream of sitting in a room by yourself, now might be the time!
2. There have been several times in the last year you’ve chosen NOT to host something because you didn’t have the space. It’s not like you need the biggest, most boujee home in your city, but the size of your home shouldn’t keep you from living your life.
Instead, your home should be the platform that allows you to live your life the way you want!
3. Your catch-all/home office/workout room is now also the baby’s room.
I’m all about a good multi-purpose room, but it’s going to be hard for the baby to nap while you’re working out or on a zoom call.
If there’s a baby on the way, you may feel like the clock is ticking and want to find a new home quickly.
If any of these are all too relatable and you want to talk about what it would mean to become a move up buyer, raise your hand in the comments below! You can now download my free Move Up Buyer Checklist.
While reading the Move Up Buyer Checklist, if you have any questions are all or if it starts to feel overwhelming, please I encourage you to send me a message on Instagram or a quick email (Nluther@PalmCoastRealEstate.com) so we can start chatting about the process. I can answer all your questions, no obligations!
Thank you so much for joining me for another Heart into Your Home Blog post. The promised free download is below! Enjoy!

Hi everyone, Welcome to the blog! Today I want to talk about, how to hire the right agent for you. Let me start by saying: I am not Chick-Fil-A, I can’t make everyone happy (and there are still people who don’t like CFA)! My point being.. this post isn’t to say that I’m the right…
Welcome back to the blog, today I’m sharing small changes you can make to make your home feel brand new.
